Ads typically go live within 24-48 hours of approval. 2. BILLING: You will be charged monthly on the same date you first subscribed. Billing continues until you cancel. 3. CANCELLATION: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your ad will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. 4. CONTENT POLICY: Hits101 Radio reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement that violates our content standards, including but not limited to: explicit content, false claims, illegal products or services, or content deemed inappropriate for our audience. 5. ADVERTISER RESPONSIBILITY: You represent that you have all necessary rights to the advertising content you submit, including images, audio, and any trademarks or copyrights. 6. RATE CHANGES: Hits101 Radio reserves the right to change advertising rates with 30 days notice to active advertisers. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Hits101 Radio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our advertising services.
